PauTe Hau - HIIT Training





Today for HIIT the exercise that we did were: tap step, push ups, star jumps and sit ups. The purpose of HIIT is Pau Te Hau which means Get Puffed Harder. We have been doing HIIT for 15 weeks and HIIT occurs twice a week. My favorite exercise of HIIT is Tap steps because it is very fun moving legs and arms fast. My not favorite exercise is Push ups because I need to lift my body using arm and it also hurt my arm. This training is made by AUT research and they researching our fitness.
