Today is E-book day it in 18th September. I read Franklin Goes to School. This book is about Franklin's first day of school but he wake up to early other thing is read your self. We use a Tamaki College Overdrive to read a book. The Tamaki college over drive is easy to use you first write a Gmail so you can go in to Tamaki collage over drive.

Food Tech

Today at Food Tech we made a spaghetti pies. The food tech was so fun and bit hard. The hardest thing is make a correct shapes. Fun thing is making and eating. The spaghetti pies are very delicious.

Today we have been reading a website called Tamaki College Over Drive. This is a website you can read many different book. You can search any books you like. This books about soccer and the boy kicked the ball and the ball is on the house.

Kiwi Can Session: Taking Risks

Today during our Kiwi Can session we were learning about Taking Risks and Risk Behaviour. We played hand soccer to use our support people to help us overcome a challenge.  All team members  needed to pass the ball before we could score, this involved collaborating and team work.

Learning to use Synonyms

This week we have been focusing on Synonyms. A Synonyms a word that has the same meaning as another word. Eg. Big - Large, huge, gigantic. Using Synonyms in our writing can make our sentences more interesting. We used google dictionary to find word definitions and Synonyms then had to check that the new word made sense in the sentence.
