Today we created this DLO to tell people about Samoan cricket. This cricket is called kililiti and is the national sport of Samoa. The rules are a little bit like English cricket but the teams are bigger.

BEDMAS

At the Maths I created DLO of BEDMAS. We have learned what is BEDMAS. 

Tech Tecnology Project

At the tech we created a DLO on how to play a Moana game. In the game we had to help Moana and Maui collect fish. I needed to click on the right button so Maui and Moana can get to their destination. I found some parts of the game hard.

Dance group B

Today for dance we were learning about angle, shapes, waves and heights. We making to use angle, shapes, waves and heights and I have been working with my friend Jeremiah. 

Making Connections - Why Animals Miglate

At the reading I read Why Animals Migrate and I did Making Connection they are Text to text, Text to world and Text to self. I learned lot of animals there are Migrate.

Reduce, Reuse & Recycle

In inquiry we have learnt about why we recycle milk cartons. Because too many rubbish are on the school grounds so we should recycle our milk cartons.

Dance

Today for dance lwe were learning about free flow and bound flow moves.  Free flow means moving your bones like they were made from rubber. Bound flow is when you move like a robot using your muscles. I'm working with Mrs Linda. We created circle, triangle and square dance moves with our arms. The shape I thought was the easiest, was probably the triangle. The hardest was probably the square since your arms needed to be straight. I learnt high, medium and low levels. The music we used was called Oxygene by Jean-Michel Jarre.  

E-ako Maths

This is my eaco maths activity about Assessment of place value and fractions. I complete 95/95 point.

World of Maths

 

 Yesterday we went the hall and LS2 and LS1 played World of Maths. The teacher's name is charles he help us explain how to play Maths games. My favorite activity is MOUSE IN THE HOUSE because that game is very confuse to guess were mouse go to next.

3D Drawing Tech W2 T2

At the Tech we drew a Cuboid, Cube and learnt about different tones of colours . I learnt how to make dark colours into light colours. To change the shades all you have to do is colours in lightly for a lighter shade or do it a bit harder to get a darker shade.

Making own exercise

Today group b made a five minuets exercise and I learn worm up is need because do 5 Minuit worm up made a good body. My fun thing is making own exercise because today was first time to made a own exercises and I'm very enjoyed. I was working with Jeremiah, Jericho and Jona. Then we had to show our practice to a other group and write the group we joined with something that was good and to work on.

For Inquiry I created a DLO about Reduce Reuse Recycle. My task was to find the meaning of each word and give an example of ways we can Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Current Events

For Inquiry Freeman and I created a DLO about what happening in the news recently.

This is a current even about the Chinese Government banding the sales and killing Elephants

and Rhinos for ivory. Freeman and I thinks that this was a good decision because we want

elephants to be more active around the world.

Personification

Joshua and I worked together to give the days of the week human qualities. This is called personification. Personification is when you use words to give things without a heartbeat a life.
