HIIT Training - Term 3 Week 1


This year half of the class were doing HIIT. The purpose of this HIIT are get puffed which is pau te hau. We all managed to increased our heart rates and most of the students managed to get their heart rate up to the red zone. Today we did Star jumps, High knees sprints, and Tap Steps. For HIIT training Mataio and Tiava stepped up and helped get with techniques.

This session we did HIIT Training differently. First we made a four lines so we can see who needs help. Next we did 30 second of rest between each activity and 30 second of activities.
